Emily Snyder Hands Verbal Commitment to Mizzou

Emily Snyder has given the Missouri Tigers another verbal commitment for the Class of 2021. Snyder is from Canton, Georgia and swims for Swim Atlanta.
Her best times are:
- 100 Breast 1:04.29
- 200 Breast 2:17.37
- 200 IM 2:07.54
- 400 IM 4:35.55
Snyder has been on a roll recently, setting best times in all of her long course best events this summer. The high school senior is a USA Swimming Scholastic All-American at Creekview High School. At the 2016 Georgia 1-5A high school state championships she finished fifth in the 100 breaststroke in 1:05.62. Last season she swam the 100 breaststroke along with the 200 at Winter Junior Nationals East.
Snyder shared on Instagram,
“Cheesin’ hard for my verbal commitment to Mizzou!! I am completely blessed to have the opportunity to be apart of such a successful program led by some of the finest coaches I know! Can’t wait for fall of 2017 when I can officially call myself a tiger!!”
In Columbia she’ll land in a breaststroke training group that will still have Iliana Jones after graduating its other talents in 2016 and this coming spring.
