Dynamo Swim Club Wins Atlanta Futures Championship

Dynamo Swim Club had a successful final session of Atlanta Futures Championships, leading them to win the combined meet. They also are currently the winner of the Men’s meet, though one event shows incomplete results. SwimMAC Carolina won the women’s meet, edging out the women of Dynamo Swim Club.
Kathleen Golding of South Florida Aquatic Club picked up another stellar finish in the 100 Free, finishing in 56.31 to win the event. Tristen Ulett of Dynamo Swim Club finished second in 56.94 and Talia Bates of Gator Swim Club finished third in 57.12.
Results from Meet Mobile are incomplete and do not contain the Men’s 100 Free.
In the Men’s 800 Free, Santiago Corredor of Swim Florida took first in 8:17.01. John Scanlon of T2 Aquatics followed in 8:20.72 and Hayden Curely of Highlander Aquatic Club took third in 8:23.22.
Next up was the Women’s 200 Back, where Evie Bragg of Dynamo Swim Club won in 2:15.06. SwimMAC Carolina teammates Caroline Hauder and Sinclair Larson finished next, in 2:16.27 and 2:17.35, respectively.
In the men’s race, Jackson Gunning of Stingrays finished first in 2:05.81. He was followed by Ryan Donnelly of Marlins of Raleigh in 2:06.65 and Albert Litschgi of Academy Aquatic Club in 2:07.20.
Ana Pozder of Tac Titans won the Women’s 1500 Free in 16:47.10, finishing 13 seconds faster than the rest of the field. Emma Layton of Dynamo Swim Club finished second in 17:00.34 and was followed quickly by Katelyn Kilpatrick of Central Florida Marlins in 17:00.52.
SwimMAC Carolina’s Julia Menkhaus dominated the Women’s 200 IM in 2:18.08. Marlins of Raleigh’s Brooke Rubendall took second in 2:21.46 and T2 Aquatics’ Emma Feehery finished third in 2:21.79.
In the Men’s 200 IM, Zachary Hils of Lexington Dolphins took first in 2:06.11. Nikita Tretyakov of Swim Fort Lauderdale finished second in 2:06.37 and Jack Dalmolin of Chattahoochee Gold Swim Club took third in 2:06.82.
