Carly Kramer Gives Verbal Commitment to ASU
With the Bowman era beginning ASU recruits are beginning to commit to the school with Illinois High School state finalist Carly Kramer being one of the first to join the class of 2020.
Kramer, of Plainfield, IL, is primarily a sprint butterflier but is also proficient in sprint backstroke and freestyle. Kramer finished fifth overall at last year’s IHSA Girls Swimming & Diving Championships in the 100-yard fly with a time of 56.06.
With senior year still ahead of her Kramer will look to claim the 100 fly crown at the state meet this year as the top returning qualifier and to improve upon her personal best of 55.19.
With the top butterfliers from ASU graduating before Kramer arrives she has every chance to become a top scorer for Bowman and the ASU team.

Excellent choice of colleges, Carly. As an old Sun Devil (and ex-Illinois resident), ASU needs more outstanding recruits like you to bring us back to where we once were.
