Buckeye Iron Man – Josh Fleagle on The Morning Swim Show

PHOENIX – Josh Fleagle of Ohio State joins today’s edition of The Morning Swim Show to discuss his six event performance in a tri-meet against Denison and Princeton, his upbringing in a household of ten kids and his transition from being home-schooled to attending one of the largest universities in the country.

Josh also talks about his preference for the 50 and 100 Free over the 200 Free and because he was home-schooled, his inability to compete in the Ohio High School State Championships.

Josh ranked as Ohio’s No. 1 prospect in the class of 2012 by SwimmingWorld.com and won multiple events at the YMCA National Championships: 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle. Josh also qualified for the 2012 U.S. Olympic Trials in the 50 freestyle and 100 freestyle and represented Ohio State at the 2013 Big Ten Championships, swimming the 50 freestyle, 100 freestyle and 200 freestyle events.
