Breanna Miller Stays In-State With Verbal Commitment to Catawba College
NEW COMMIT: Breanna Miller, a senior from Salisbury, North Carolina, has given her verbal commitment to swim for in-state Catawba College. Miller attends Gray Stone Day School and trains with Salisbury’s Tidal Wave Aquatics.
Miller is on Gray Stone Day’s varsity team where she is a three time North Carolina High School 1A/2A state qualifier. At last year’s meet she finished ninth in the 200 IM (2:20.25) and eighth in the 500 free (5:30.12). She swam the third leg (27.04) of the school’s eighth place 200 freestyle relay and also led off (1:00.23) the school’s 12th place 400 freestyle relay.
Miller’s best times include:
- 200 Back 2:15.79
- 400 IM 4:52.03
- 200 IM 2:17.25
- 1650 Free 18:46.17
- 500 Free 5:23.10
She told Swimming World,
