Blue Devils Get Another For 2026, This Time From Quinn White

NEW COMMIT: Duke University has been on a tear this recruiting cycle, earning another big verbal commitment for Fall 2026 from Olympic Trials qualifier Quinn White of Wellesley, Massachusetts.

She will join Addison Bittel and Riley Anderson in Durham as a member of the Blue Devils’ Class of 2030.

Regarding her commitment, she said:

“I am extremely excited to announce my verbal commitment to further my academic and athletic career at Duke University! A huge thank you to my family, friends, teachers, and coaches for their unwavering support on this journey. I also want to thank Coach Brian and the rest of the Duke coaching staff for this incredible opportunity! GO BLUE DEVILS”

White trains year-round with Shawmut Aquatic Club and raced the 200m back at Olympic Trials this past summer before going on to win the 200m back and 200m IM at New England LCM Seniors. She also placed sixth in the 200m back at Speedo Summer Championships.

Last winter, she raced to 11th in both the 200 free and 200 back at Juniors East. White was crowned the New England SCY Senior champion in the 200 free, also earning silver in the 200 IM at Providence Sectionals.

Her best times include:

  • 200 back – 1:55.52
  • 100 back – 53.85
  • 500 free – 4:49.79
  • 200 free – 1:47.79
  • 100 free – 50.10
  • 50 free – 23.31

White is currently a junior at Wellesley High School.

The Blue Devils finished fifth at the 2024 Atlantic Coast Conference Championships, Their 779.5 points was their best performance ever. Duke also finished 16th at the NCAA Championships, its highest in school history.
