ASCA Mentor Program Applications Open for Rest of July

The American Swimming Coaches Association is opening its application period for the ASCA Mentor Program.

Applications must be received before July 31. The program runs from Aug. 2023 through May 2024.

The application and more information is available at www.swimmingcoach.org. Only ASCA members in the United States are eligible.

The ASCA Mentor Program groups a gold, silver and bronze level coach (based on years of experience) in a triad that meets in a monthly virtual meeting for 10 months.  At the beginning, middle and end of the of the experience, the whole group gathers on virtual meetings to learn leadership tips and how to get the most out of the program.  Leadership coach Jeff Raker joins the calls to share advice and guide the discussion.
