Around The Table: How Olympic Gold Medalist Tyler Clary Fuels
Have you ever wondered how you can eat like an Olympian? The new “Around The Table” feature in Swimming World Magazine gives you access to how some of the best swimmers in the world are filling up. The world of nutrition can be murky and contradictory, so pull up a chair at this table of champions to understand why swim stars take food seriously.
This month’s feature athlete is Tyler Clary, who debuted at the 2012 London Olympic Games where he won gold in the 200-meter backstroke. Photos and descriptions of Clary’s meals were provided by his long-time girlfriend Caroline Kosciusko, while nutritional explanations come from Swimming World’s nutrition guru, Tasija Karosas.
