Another Positive Test For Steroids?

Swimming World and SWIMINFO have learned that another, well-known swimmer, has tested positive for steroids. FINA may announce his/her name as early as tomorrow. The identity of the individual is not yet known, but we have learned that he or she “is not from an Asian or European country.”
