Anna Landon, Jennifer Hauser Send Verbal Commits to Virginia Tech
NEW COMMITS: An already large Virginia Tech women’s swimming and diving class of 2022 has received two more verbal commitments. Anna Landon and Jennifer Hauser have chosen to spend the next four years swimming for the Hokies. Both girls are strongest in breaststroke and sprint free. They join verbal commitments from Lauren Meeker, Rachael Holp, Natalia Fryckowska, Abby Larson, Alex Slayton, Julia Bruneau and Loulou Vos.

Landon will grow an already strong in-state group suiting up for the Hokies next fall. Landon is from Falls Church, Virginia where she is a senior at Falls Church High School. She swims for Arlington Aquatic Club.
Landon is the Virginia High School 5A 100 breaststroke state record holder. At the 2017 Championships in addition to a 100 breaststroke gold she also finished second in the 50 freestyle in a new lifetime best time.

Landon wrote in her Instagram announcement,
“I am very excited to announce my verbal commitment to study and swim for Virginia Tech! Thank you to everyone who has helped me on this journey. Go Hokies”
Jennifer Hauser
Bloomingdale, Illinois’ Hauser will also move to Blacksburg next fall. Hauser is a senior at Lake Park High School and swims for the Academy Bullets. She projects to have an identical event line up to Landon, also specializing in sprint freestyle and breaststroke.
