Andrew Seliskar used a stellar back half to come out on top of a close men’s 200 free field. After flipping fifth at the final turn, he powered home to stop the clock in 1:45.70 – the third fastest time in the world this year.

Seliskar talks about sticking to his race strategy, how his freestyle has improved since he arrived at Cal and knows that there are still things he can work on.

Three cheers for Andrew! As an old John Flanagan Masters swimmer, I got to watch him at practice. I know John is happy for him!
