2019 Canadian Swimming Trials Day Three Finals: Masse Breaks Canadian Record In The 200 Back
The 2019 Canadian Swimming Trials will continued in Toronto tonight with finals of the Para 50 and 100 fly, the 200 back, 100 fly, 400 free, and para 400 free. This is the qualifying meet for all upcoming major international meets for the Canadian team, including the 2019 World Championships in Gwangju, South Korea.
In order to qualify for Worlds, swimmers must finish in the top 2 of their event and achieve a FINA ‘A’ qualifying standard.
Kylie Masse will be back in action in the 200 back as the top seed tonight after winning the 100 back earlier in the meet. With her will be Taylor Ruck, who posted a huge best time in the 100 back on night one and is coming off a victory in the 100 free last night.
