The 2015 FINA World Cup Singapore day 1 finals have been canceled due to air quality issues.

According to the Singapore Swimming Association:

The 3-hour PSI at 5pm is 222 according to the National Environment Agency – NEA.

This evening’s ‪#‎FINASWCSG‬ Final is CANCELLED.
Tomorrow’s competition will run as per normal, Heats at 10am, Finals at 6pm. ‪#‎SwimWithUs‬

Spectators that have purchased tickets for this evening’s session will be available for refund. More information on the refund will be made available soon at sportshubtix.com

According to Colorado Stars head coach Todd Schmitz, points and cash will be handled like the canceled women’s 800 free and men’s 1500 free with the top times from Beijing and Hong Kong stops being added together for any swimmers registered to swim in Singapore.

I am really glad that FINA and the organizing committee here in Singapore are truly looking out for the athletes well being. At 5 p.m. the PSI reading was 222. Very unhealthy. They made the best decision for the athletes, coaches, and fans. – Todd Schmitz
