Under the tutelage of SwimMAC head coach David Marsh, his former head coach at Auburn University, Queens head coach Jeff Dugdale architected his team-title sweep of the NCAA Division II Championships.
Now he looks forward to placing top talent like Matt Josa and Nick Arakelian onto U.S. National Teams.
