The 2015 USA Swimming Long Course season has concluded and USA Swimming compiled the age group zone results to showcase the champions. Here is a complete list of champions. Special thanks to Lyle Campbell and his committee for compiling the results.

Not sure what to make of it. For some reason AZ is not big on zones. I believe there was only 1 girl from AZ that competed.
School starts very early for the Arizona kids which traditionally curtails their involvement.

14 swimmers from 6 different teams in AZ traveled to Maui for Western Zones, without a team coach, team training, or team uniform/backpack/suit/towel/or flip flops. Nonetheless, they had fast swims, became fast friends, and made wonderful memories in beautiful Maui. It’s too bad the LSC and team coaches do not support this amazing Age Group experience. I think they should let the AZ parents decide whether their swimmers can attend the Western Zone Championships or not depending on their school schedules.
BTW, Asia Minnes of Arizona Swimming was the 11-12 girls standout coming in 1st place in all her events, and she broke several meet records.
