Report: Michael Phelps Spent Eight Hours In Casino Before DUI Arrest

BALTIMORE, Maryland, October 1. MICHAEL Phelps was photographed gambling at a Baltimore casino in the hours before his arrest for driving under the influence Tuesday morning, according to a report by TMZ.
Phelps was photographed playing blackjack in a private gambling room at the Horseshoe Casino, reportedly staying there for eight hours before leaving around 1 a.m. Tuesday, TMZ reported.
Phelps was pulled over at 1:40 outside the Fort McHenry Tunnel for speeding 39 miles per hour over the speed limit and crossing double lines. He later failed field sobriety tests and was additionally charged with DUI.
Phelps has a history of playing the tables at casinos, most notably as a part of the World Series of Poker a few years ago.
