Filmed in the sunny climate of the Florida Keys, The Three Styles of Freestyle features demonstrations by 10 world-class athletes that participated in the 2008 Olympics, as well as narration by Race Club coach Mike Bottom (currently head coach of the men's team at the University of Michigan).

Bottom and his swimmers will show you the technique behind shoulder-driven freestyle, hip-driven freestyle and body-driven freestyle. Also included on the DVD are dryland training tips and racing strategies.

The Swim Shop has an extensive collection of posters to decorate the wall of any swimming fan or to motivate kids at your local pool.
