MINNEAPOLIS, Minnesota, March 25. FLORIDA's Brett Fraser clinched the 200-yard freestyle title at the NCAA Division I Men's Championships with a strong performance.
Fraser clocked a 1:32.21 to move to seventh on the all-time list, and keep the 200 free crown in the Florida family. Last year, Conor Dwyer won in 1:32.31, while Brett's brother Shaune won the 2009 title in 1:31.70. The win is the fifth for Florida in the event, as Mike Heath (1984) and Adam Sioui (2002) also earned titles for the Gators.
