Industry News: Nekdoodle Makes Debut
STOCKTON, California, March 23. THE "Cajun Contractor" Michael King will interview Joey Zucchelli and Debra May, Inventors and Owners of the Nekdoodle™, a flotation device that gives the head and neck support when used in Water Fitness, Recreation and Relaxation. The Nekdoodle™ also functions as a kickboard and swim aid.
The Nekdoodle™ is manufactured out of poly vinyl-coated foam, easy to clean, UV protected, salt & chlorine resistant and Made in the U.S.A. It comes in three (3) bright colors, red, yellow and blue. The Nekdoodle™ is not a lifesaving device and children should always be supervised while the Nekdoodle™ is in use.
The Nekdoodle™ is the brainchild of Joey Zucchelli and Debra May. Joey, a lifelong swimmer and water enthusiast, searched the market for something to support her head and neck while swimming and participating in water fitness activities. She tried using kickboards and noodles, but found with these items there was little support for her head and neck. What she wanted was some type of cushion and support that would allow her to float or swim laps hands-free. Joey bounced the idea off her best friend, Debra, who loved the idea and came up with the name, Nekdoodle™. Now, with the idea and the name, the grassroots business known as Nekdoodle™ began.
Nekdoodle™ activities include, aquatic exercise, water aerobics, aqua therapy, recreational swimming and relaxing, to name just a few.
You can see the Nekdoodle™ in action by visiting the website at www.nekdoodle.com or on YouTube.
